Privacy Policy

COMORA PTY LTD is an Australian proprietary limited company. We provides paid AI Opportunity Assessments for small and medium businesses. We may also help clients put the agreed tool, process change, automation, or custom work in place.

COMORA PTY LTD is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Comora is operated by Liam Deetlefs.

• Free quiz. Before showing the quiz result, we collect first name, work email, phone number, industry, team size, business objective, selected bottleneck, specific problems, any custom problem text, current tool categories, and AI or automation experience. We also receive a random submission identifier, the time the quiz began, browser user-agent, referring page, and the IP address used briefly to limit repeat submissions.
• Booking. Our booking page embeds Cal.com. Cal.com collects the name, email, selected date and time, time zone, optional notes, and any guest email addresses entered by the person booking. The booking creates a Google Calendar and Google Meet event.
• Email and support. If someone emails support@comora.co, we receive their email address and whatever they include in the message or attachments.
• Public business information. After an quiz submission, we may review a business website and other public business sources to confirm the company, the contact's role, and relevant operational context. We do not guess private details.
• Client work. If a business becomes a client, we hold the signed agreement, Statement of Work, business contact details, workflow information, and the account access and Client Data needed to build and run the agreed system.

Quiz answers stay in the browser's temporary page memory until submission. Our website code does not save them in browser local storage or cookies. The “Email me this result” button opens the visitor's own email application; it does not send another server-side email.

We use personal information to:

• produce and review the requested quiz result;
• research the business and prepare a human-reviewed brief;
• contact the person about that request or a booked call;
• scope, build, run, monitor, and improve an agreed system;
• send service communications and weekly summary messages;
• secure the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures;
• maintain contracts, billing records, and legal records.

We do not add quiz contacts to a newsletter or use their information for unrelated marketing without permission.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

We use these current service providers for the stated purposes:

• Vercel Inc. hosts comora.co and processes ordinary web-request data such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time.
• Hetzner Online GmbH. hosts Comora's private lead API and database, where submitted quiz answers and review results are stored.
• OpenAI. processes the submitted quiz answers, contact details, and public research context to produce a private draft review brief for Liam. Liam reviews the output; the system does not make a final eligibility or pricing decision by itself.
• Telegram Messenger Inc. carries a private owner alert containing the contact details and quiz summary when a review is ready.
• Cal.com, Inc. provides the embedded scheduler and processes booking and technical data.
• Google Workspace. provides support email, calendar, and Google Meet invitations for booked calls.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or our systems, or as part of a business transfer where the recipient must continue to protect it.

Comora's website code does not set first-party cookies and we found no advertising pixels, behavioural analytics scripts, or third-party analytics vendor on the public homepage or quiz.

The Cal.com booking embed is the exception. It loads Cal.com content and currently uses Cloudflare's short-lived__cf_bmcookie to detect automated traffic and protect the booking service. It expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity and is not a Comora advertising cookie. Blocking necessary third-party cookies or scripts may stop the booking calendar from working.

Comora is an Australian company serving businesses in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the providers above operate. We choose established providers, limit what we send to the purpose of the service, and remain responsible for handling personal information in line with this policy.

We keep quiz and enquiry records while we evaluate and respond to the request, manage any client relationship, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We review records and delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer reasonably needed. Service-provider backups may expire on their normal backup cycles.

We use HTTPS, access controls, private services, and limited owner access. No internet service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorised access or disclosure.

A person may ask what personal information we hold about them, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing support@comora.co. We may need to verify identity before acting. We will respond within the time required where the person lives and explain if we must keep particular records for legal, security, or dispute reasons. We will not discriminate against anyone for making a privacy request.

The website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. If we learn that a child provided personal information, we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our practices or providers change. We will post the new effective date here and give additional notice if a change materially affects how we use information already collected.
